Our Custom Design department will work one on one with you to create the piece of your dreams.
You will see a computer generated rendering of your design before we fabricate.
What is your return policy?
10 day refund, 30 day exchange.
Does Reeds sell conflict diamonds?
We strictly adhere to the Kimberly Process. See conflict diamonds for more information in the diamond section of our site.
What if I need my ring resized?
The first sizing is with our compliments. Please send the ring to us and in most cases we will size within two days.
Can I buy from you if I live outside the US?
We are happy to ship to Canada for all jewelry purchases. Additional shipping and duty may apply.
What if I can't find the diamond I want on your site?
Contact us and our owner will source your desired diamond from one of the world's diamond cutting centers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Amex, Visa, and MasterCard, along with check and cash in our stores only.
What if I want to buy a piece of giftware and jewelry?
They may be shipped seperately and you will receive two different charge receipts.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For most jewelry purchases you will receive your selection in three or fewer days. In stock gift purchases should take 5-10 days.
