Items purchased together will not necessarily be billed and shipped together. All ship times are in business days. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Shipping for Backorders
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust it to exclude the backordered item or cancel the order. The total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

10-Day No-Risk Return Policy & Guarantees
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Reeds/Jenss cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.
