The original of this Warranty and the GIA* certification of the replacement diamond, plus proof of the purchase price of the replacement diamond, or the replacement diamond, must be presented for inspection at the time of the refund request.

Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into any Reeds Jewelers location as frequently as you wish for free professional cleaning and inspection. We recommend that you have your ring cleaned, polished, and have the prongs inspected every six months. These services are complimentary at Reeds Jewelers.

We understand that our customers care where their diamonds come from and we share that concern with you. At Reeds Jewelers/Jenss Decor every diamond we sell is conflict-free, assuring you that our inventory was procured through legal and human sources. Reeds Jewelers welcomes the introduction of a global system to combat the illicit traffic in Conflict Diamonds, and our policy is to fully support the diamond industry’s self-regulation program. Our Company has sent a notification of Kimberley Process compliance to all of our diamond vendors stating that we have embraced the industry’s self-regulation program and require them to do the same. The letter states that for any product mined from January 1, 2003 onward, we require our vendors to provide a warranty in the form agreed to at a recent session of the World Diamond Congress. Vendors were required to respond to this notification informing us of their active support in this industry initiative.

Reeds Jewelers will reject any diamond shipment that does not provide the proper warranty.

You may trade in your diamond for another diamond at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping. Color gemstone jewelry is not eligible for trade-in. Trade-Ins of in-store and online purchases are accepted at any Reeds Jewelers location.
