Return Policy
Reeds/Jenss provides for its internet customers a ten (10) day return policy on merchandise purchases from the day of merchandise delivery. Refunds will be issued for returned merchandise when merchandise is in like new condition with no signs of wear or damage, and is presented with the original sales slip. Only merchandise that is purchased from stock with no alteration or adjustments made to the item(s) can be returned. There is no refund on special orders or customer design merchandise.
No exceptions. Purchases made by credit card will be credited to the same credit card of purchaser.
